KYC verification on Jitawi is a one-time process for most players. Once verified, your account status is maintained unless your details change or a periodic review is triggered.
Jitawi accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank). These are the only accepted payment methods. Jitawi does not accept deposits via bank transfer, credit card, or any cryptocurrency at this time.
Deposits on Jitawi are credited to your account in real time once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, or using a mobile banking account that is not registered in your name, is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.
Your Jitawi account must be linked to a mobile banking number registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party mobile numbers are not accepted and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.
Jitawi processes withdrawals to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet. Withdrawals are sent only to the mobile number registered on your Jitawi account — this is a security measure that cannot be bypassed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
Standard withdrawals on Jitawi are processed within 3 minutes for verified accounts. During periods of high volume or for accounts pending additional verification, processing may take up to 24 hours. Jitawi does not process withdrawals to unverified accounts above the standard threshold.
Jitawi's withdrawal system operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including public holidays. There is no business-hours restriction on when withdrawals are processed.
All bonuses and promotions offered by Jitawi are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.
Bonus funds credited to your Jitawi account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus — expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically.
Jitawi monitors bonus usage across all accounts. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension:
Jitawi reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, regardless of whether the wagering requirement has been met.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game on Jitawi is published on the respective game page. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
For football and handball betting markets, Jitawi follows standard industry rules for settlement. Bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated. In the event of a technical error affecting odds or market availability, Jitawi reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
If your internet connection is interrupted during a game round, the round will be completed by the game server according to its standard logic. Jitawi is not responsible for losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jitawi and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:
Jitawi employs real-time fraud detection systems. Accounts flagged for prohibited activity are suspended immediately pending investigation. Balances held in suspended accounts are frozen until the investigation is complete.
